Landing Craft Utility 1645 lumbers through the Atlantic Ocean as it transports Marines and their equipment from the amphibious docking ship USS Shreveport (LPD 12) on Oct. 24, 2006. The landing craft sailors and Marines of the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit are participating in a composite training unit exercise, which is designed to prepare them for their upcoming deployment.
