CAMP FOSTER, OKINAWA, Japan – A runner signs in and receives her wristband during the Cookie Kick-Off Run Feb. 4 at the parade deck aboard Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan. Camp Foster Girl Scout Troop 422 hosted the event to promote the beginning of their cookie sale season, giving a box of cookies to each participant who registered for the event.
