During the summer, trains consist of baggage, mail andexpress cars, day coaches, and parlor cars. No dining cars arecarried. Passengers are allowed ample time for lunch at Bennett,B. C, where this Company maintains a first-class restaurant —meals $ Special trains can be arranged for on short notice. Ocean Steamer Serviceto Skaguay An excellent passengersteamship service is main-tained between Seattle andSkaguay by the Pacific Steam-ship Company and the AlaskaSteamship Company, and be-tween Victoria, Vancouver,Prince Rupert and Skaguayby the Canadian Pacific Rail-way Company. During the summer seasonmost of the steamers run onan excursion itinerary, stop-ping at all of the interestingports along British Columbiaand Alaska, including TakuGlacier. Passengers holding round-trip tickets to Dawson andAtlin will be granted a stop-over privilege at Skaguay bythe above mentioned steam-ship companies. River and Lake Steamer ServiceTo Dawson The steamers Casca, Whitehorse, and Dawson operateon an exceptionally good passenger schedule between White-horse and Dawson, being scheduled to leave Whitehorse abouttwice a week. The trip downstream takes about forty hours inmidsummer. Each steamer is scheduled to leave Dawson on thereturn trip
