The HIRAIN exercise demonstrates I Marine Expeditionary Force’s (MEF) ability to rapidly deploy the HIMARS to meet and deter any threats; while the ADGR exercise ensures I MEF sustainability in remote areas to continue operations by exchanging fuel from one aircraft to another. MASA is a bilateral exercise between the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the Marine Corps, aimed at enhancing interoperability and coordination focused on aviation-related capabilities.
