OAK HARBOR, Wash. (July 3, 2018) Capt. Adam T. Carlstrom, incoming commander, Electronic Attack Wing, Pacific Fleet (COMVAQWINGPAC) is piped aboard during the change of command ceremony for COMVAQWINGPAC at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island. During the ceremony, Capt. Adam T. Carlstrom relieved Capt. Tabb B. Stringer as commanding officer of COMVAQWINGPAC.
