Margaret of Bar, wife of Henry V, Count of Luxembourg, 1220–1275. She wears a a chaperon bonnet in gold with large bows over the ears, an ermine surcoat, and a yellow robe. The dress combines the coats of arms of her husband (argent, with red lion rampant) and her family (two gold bars). Handcoloured copperplate drawn and engraved by Leopold Massard from French Costumes from King Clovis to Our Days, Massard, Mifliez, Paris, 1834.
