A man on the left makes sausage by dipping their nimble insides, which are threaded on a rope, into boiled grape juice while thee old Kurd on the right stirs the molasses in the cauldron. Traditional vintage festivals were held in the historical city of Diyarbakir, where mostly Kurds live. Those who watched the festival held in Kanisipi village of Silvan district watched the stages until the grapes were collected and turned into sausage with interest.
