Pakistan-India at night. View from the International Space Station (ISS) of the western Himalayas (left) with the city lights of northern Pakistan and India (upper right) on the Indo-Gangetic Plain. North is at lower left. The largest cities, from lower right to top centre, are: Peshawar, Islamabad, Lahore and New Delhi. Running close to Lahore is the floodlit and fenced India-Pakistan border (orange). Kashmir is just left of centre. Across top is airglow in Earth's atmosphere along the curve of the planet's limb.
