8 NAPLES (December 6, 2016) – Rear Adm. Darius Banaji, Commander Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic, and Cmdr. Thomas Bestafka, Naval Support Activity (NSA) Naples Public Works Officer, cheers before sampling some purified water from the NSA Naples water treatment plant during a site visit to NAVFAC Europe Africa Southwest Asia (EURAFSWA). NAVFAC EURAFSWA builds and maintains the infrastructure and utilities of installations in Europe, Africa, and Southwest Asia to support the warfighting missions of the Navy and its allies.
