An F-16 Fighting Falcon from Hill Air Force Base, Utah, lands April 21, 2017, at Albacete Air Base, Spain, to participate in the Tactical Leadership Programme (TLP). This is the first time the 419th and the 388th Fighter wings from Hill are participating in TLP, sending eight F-16s and more than 200 Airmen from the active duty and reserve wings. TLP is an annual NATO Mission Commander’s School training program and is designed to provide joint tactical training with NATO Allies to increase NATO coordination and strengthen combined air operations.
