Randolph Chestang VI, as Commanding Officer of Coastal Riverine Squadron (CRS) 3 held onboard Naval Outlying Landing Field Imperial Beach Feb. 8. CRS 3 is an active component deployable squadron of Coastal Riverine Group (CRG) 1.
