Dovetailed tangent sight. At the breech gold-inlaid signature "Mathias Nowotny in Wien", double gold band at barrel root. Finely engraved, platinum-lined snail. Engraved tang, behind it inserted, adjustable aperture sight with attached key. Lock with fine engraving and quick-action screw, again signature "Nowotny". Trigger and set trigger.
