On July 21,1866, Mr. Cook married Emily MelissaThayer, who was born July 17, 1842, inWilliamsburg, Massachusetts, daughterof Roland Sears and Almeda (Barber)Thayer, and to this union were born twochildren: Benjamin Albert, mentionedbelow; and Ada Louise, born February2, 1870, the wife of Frederick H.
