The borough purchased the house and large plot of land in 1912for $12,000, in which the heads of all departments have quarters, and therecorders court is held, while the jail is in the rear. So far very few, if any,changes have been made in the handsome building. Previous to acquiring the present Municipal building, the business of theborough was transacted in McGraths Hall, on Main street, near Union street, -^.fi. ilAIX STREET. LODI
