Santa Maria church, Talamanca. XII century. Romanesque.
Santa Maria is a Romanesque church in the town of Talamanca is a building from the late twelfth century. The interior retains the sarcophagus Berenguer de Talamanca, who died in 1325. The device is done with stones placed in regular rows. On the sides of the building are buttresses, which contribute to give strength to the church. The bell tower type, although it was originally gable. A part of the toothed frieze and façade, there is little external decoration. Note the portal with archivolt flanked by two Corinthian capitals with floral motifs.
