The reinforced upright box at the front of the bag is decorated in a similar way, with the difference that the outer circle is of contiguous lovers, inside which the circle is in green floss and two flowers. The box is not sewn on the satin fabric of the bag, but in between, creating a fold. The edges are trimmed with silver thread, a narrow band of silver, which are woven into a lace strip. At the bottom of the compartment is an opening where a set of pink satin cushions can be extended. An ivory ribbon tape sticks out of the opening at the top to pull the cushions into the compartment.
