Soulac-sur-Mer (central-western France): The four-storey building “Le Signal”, whose owners were evacuated by a prefecture decree for climatic reasons, a first in France. “Le signal” is now just ten meters from the sea on a small dune which is ready to collapse (200m when it was built in the 60s). Inscriptions of angry co-owners (“same rights for everybody - injustice”) on the building’s windows and facade.
