This is the control room for radio station WEMP in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. About 1935, WEMP began broadcasting AM radio shows in the same downtown building that houses the Riverside Theater. In 1946, WEMP advertised themselves as "the only radio station in Milwaukee broadcasting Polish music, songs and news since the beginning of its operations 11 years ago."
