Seven Sisters wreck beside the slipway at Moel y Don with the Menai Strait & Y Felinheli (Port Dinorwic in Arfon, Gwynedd) beyond, used up to 1950s to bring mainland slates to Anglesey. For many years this was one of the main ferry routes for crossing the Strait, particularly used by Anglesey quarrymen working in the Dinorwic quarries at Llanberis.
