The wide serrated decorative border around it extends to the bottom of the strip and is richly decorated with, among other things, oblique stripes and a straight down hanging iris or French lily. The pattern between the cartouches is not symmetrical, but outside on either side it is.

This pattern consists of rosette flowers and volute leaves in which elements from the cartouches return in different ways. The motifs are connected to each other by pictured braids. The motifs are made in linen strokes with cut-outs and openwork edges and with net stroke fillings. Most motifs are provided with cloned relief contours. Various decorative grounds have been used, including fine snowflakes grounds and fine mesh grounds with square motifs in shape. The upper side is finished with a separately cloned strap.
