Her Majesty's Prison Reading, England opened to the public in 2016 - view through cell door observation panel to cell window


Her Majesty's Prison Reading formerly known as the Berkshire County Goal was opened in 1844 and closed in 2013. In 2016 it was used as an Arts Venue for the Reading 2016 Year of Culture hosted by Artangel. Perhaps its most famous prisoner was Oscar Wilde. It was designed by George Gilbert Scott.
