Colored like Exochus rutilatus with the following differences: Whitish mark on pronotum averaging a little longer; apical ± of hind tibia blackish; apex of first four segments of hind tarsus blackish; female usually with a median vertical mark on face and spot next to the clypeal fovea brownish.
