State II is reduced sheet without sides and play background left, in large letters in Viro and Primario in the caption (in Hollstein state 1 (2)). State III is possible the reduced sheet without sides and part achtergond lowercase in Viro and Primario (Hollstein 2 (2)). When exemlaar in RPK are the letters of the middle plate taped. Confusion may have arisen with the letters in the signature sheet 3 (below) Where: described by this third state is erroneously added to the two states of the middle plaat.
