V. Morrison, who was Presiding Elder of the NewBedford district at that time. Rev. R. H. Dorr was the first preacher appointedin charge. The present officers of the church are: Mr. T. E. Howes, superin-tendent of Sunday school; Mr. Chas. F. Hammond, president of EpworthLeague; Mrs. T. E. Howes, president of Ladies Aid Society; and Fay Donald-son, Methodist Episcopal Church of Woods Holl. 37
