Combination Stock and Grain Car The Ralston combination stock and grain car illustrated bythe accompanying engravings, is designed for the purpose ofobtaining the means to provide for the carrying of differentkinds of ladings. For instance, live stock, grain, coal, etc., pawl, takes hold of lever, engages pawl into reversible ratchetand moves the lever towards the side of the car, thereby re-volving the crank arms from their vertical position and allow-ing the doors to drop. By closing the doors this action isreversed. These cars can be built either with wood or steel.
