CHICAGO (June 12, 2021) – Cadet Capt. Zachary Lampman (center), cadet commander for the Hyman G. Rickover Naval Academy Navy Junior ROTC, salutes the colors with other cadets at the beginning of graduation ceremonies outside on the academy campus grounds, June 12. Eighty-six cadets graduated in a ceremony that was held in-person for the first time in more than a year due to COVID-19.
