Renovations, innovations and construction in and around Chicago's Wrigley Field, home to the Chicago Cubs. One of the significant changes outside the ballpark is the construction of a hotel being built on what was a small parking lot. In the background can be seen the iconic manual scoreboard that continues to function above the center field bleachers. The venerable board is now flanked by state-of-the-art electronics to enhance the fan experience. Wrigley Field opened in 1914 and has been home to the Cubs since 1916.
