Speaking biographically, George Karns was born at Cardington,Ohio, June 16, 1843, ^d departed this life at Ontario, Kans., May30, 1908. His mother died when he was seven years old and his fatherdied a year later. He was thrown upon his own resources and forced toearn his own living from the time he was thirteen years old. When the.
