PACIFIC OCEAN (May 23, 2021) A Marine with the All Domain Reconnaissance Detachment, 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), drives a Utility Task Vehicle on the flight deck of amphibious assault ship USS Essex (LHD 2), before loading it into a CH-53E Super Stallion assigned to Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 165 (Reinforced), 11th MEU, May 23. Marines and Sailors of the 11th MEU and Essex Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) are underway conducting integrated training off the coast of southern California.
