It is from theMountain Park, upon the summit of Mount Royal, one of the grand-est parks on the continent, led up to by one of the most charmingdrives in the world, that the best coup doeil of the city and its sur-roundings is to be obtained. While awaiting the palace-like steamer,that will carry us forth, this evening, upon the waters of yondermighty flood, and bear us seaward to Quebec, let us, from the top ofthe mountain, pause and catch a glimpse of the panorama before us.
