The accompanying plans show the rehitions and uses of the sev-eral apartments. The building is supplied with gas throughout, and Iiot andcold water on eacli Hoor. The rooms and halls are comfortably warmed bymeans of steam radiators, and thorough ventilation is ])rovided for by a systemof flues connecting with every room in tJie building. All the rooms are neatly car2)eted and furnislied. and are arranged for thegreatest ease of communication.
