030927-N-2716P-123 Neum, Bosnia and Herzegovina (Sept. 27, 2003) -- The guided missile frigate USS Nicholas (FFG 47) takes a barge alongside for miscellaneous services, as it is anchored in the harbor of Neum, in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Nicholas is the first Navy ship ever to make a port visit to this city.
