She was a woman of a re-markably line mind and a striking and forceful personality. Sheretained her mental faculties almost completely to the end of herlong and useful life. She is the fourth centenarian named inthis book but the only one whose portrait can be was born near Leesburgh, Loudoun Co., Va., Julv 17th, 1794and died Feb. nth, 1895, was buried at the Friends MeetingHouse near Augusta. —86—.
