On wet or damp days when there is an accumulationof moisture in the atmosphere, it is necessary that the airin the oven be changed more frequently than would benecessary on a dry hot day. By watching the indicationsgiven by the recording thermometer, the man in charge isenabled to tell the length of time consumed in heating upand cooling off the oven and, by means of a series of voltage.
