The specimen is provisionally included in Metasinopa largely for convenience and because there is no evidence for separation. To the same species is also provisionally referred a maxillary fragment with P3+4 (M. 19096). The specimen possesses the root of P2 and complete single cusped P3: P4 has strong protocone but no parastyle; the metacone is smaller than protocone; a cingulum is present anteriorly and buccally. The absence of a parastyle on P4 prevents its inclusion with Sinopa, Anasinopa, Dissopsalis or Prodissopsalis. The animal was the same size as the holotype of M.
