A silver-mounted Caucasian kinjal, circa 1900 The blade fullered on both sides, slightly notched edge, nielloed and part-gilt silver grip with fine engravings on the obverse. The back of the pommel engraved with an Egyptian crown surmounting the Arabic letter "B". Wood scabbard with mounts nielloed and gilt en suite, short leather insert at back. The pommel slightly burst. Length 50 cm.
