Nate Brown powering down the first straight on Lake Washington's Chevrolet Cup course during Seafair. Brown, driving U-17 'Miss Red Dot' did not qualify for the final which was won by Steve David, driving U-6 'Oh Boy! Oberto'. Seafair is Seattle's month long summer festival that begins with the Milk Carton Derby, where competitors build and race boats made from milk cartons, and culminates in the Chevrolet Cup Unlimited Hydroplane racing on Lake Washington.
