Two Operators at one of Europe's oldest (1863) Drogobych Oil refinery in Western Ukraine. Founded in John Rockefeller age to produce kerosene it received oil from Drogobych-Boryslav oil producing region. Built in Austro-Hungarian Empire, this unit later was under Polish, and then (1939-1991) Soviet management, also successfully operated for a while (till 2005) in the independent Ukraine, changing hands from Igor Yeremeev's West Oil Group (WOG) to Igor Kolomoysky's Privat group. In soviet days and in the 1990s and early XXI century the refinery was processing Russian export blend crude oil (rebco), then in 2000s switched to Western Ukrainian crude like in its early days in the XIX century.
