Head, thorax, and base of abdomen fiery rufous ; tegulae with blackish patches at base ; palpi long ; abdomen rufous tinged with gre}^ with small lateral chocolate-red spots on 3rd and 4th segments. Fore wing fiery rufous slightly tinged with grey and irrorated with fuscous ; traces of an antemedial red line, oblique below the cell; a fiery red spot in middle of cell ; a faint pale discoidal lunule;.
