Marine Corps Cpl. Steven C. Goller and Lance Cpl. Uriah A. Richards received Non-Commissioned Officer of the Quarter and Marine of the Quarter awards as well as a Navy Achievement Medal aboard Camp Pendleton, Calif., Dec. 1, 2017. Goller and Richards received both awards for their outstanding achievements both on and off duty.
