The consensus of opinion expressed by fruit growers and business men throughoutthe Province, has been that for the expenditure incurred the Minister of Agriculture hasconferred as great a boon upon the fruit growers of the Province as he has in any otherdirection, in developing, as he has, a policy which aims to benefit the agricultural classes.
