Henry Blogg is described as the “Greatest Lifeboatman of all time“, he joined the Cromer lifeboat crew in 1894 at 18 & retired after 53 years service at 71. Carrying out 387 services, helping to save 873 lives. He is The Royal National Lifeboat Institution’s (RNLI) most decorated crew member.
