King Stephen I of Hungary as the patron saint of fine arts depicted on the tympanum mosaic on the Mucsarnok Art Gallery in the Heroes Square in Budapest, Hungary. The Mucsarnok Art Gallery designed by Albert Schickedanz and Fulop Herczog in eclectic neoclassical style was built in 1895. The tympanum mosaic was added in 1938-1941.
