Navy divers, assigned to Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit (MDSU) 2, meet with Colombian Navy divers in Cartagena, Colombia, Aug. 24, 2018 during Southern Partnership Station 2018. Southern Partnership station is a Southern Command- sponsored and Naval Forces Southern 4th Fleet- conducted annual deployment focused on a subject matter expert exchanges and building partner capacity in a variety of disciplines including medicine, construction and dive operations in the Caribbean, Central and South America.
