MAJESTIC /BISMARCK/ CALEDONIA - RMS Majestic was a White Star flagship ocean liner built in 1914, the largest ship in the world until completion of SS Normandie in 1935. It's seen here in the former Southern Railway (King George V) Dry dock in 1934 and after she was saved from the scrapyard by the Royal Navy, renamed and became the training ship HMS Caledonia before catching fire in 1939 and sinking. - She was originally launched in 1914 as the Hamburg America Line liner SS Bismarck
