Baptisia tinctoria, Pennsylvania 1935_2013-07-05-153538 ZS PMax_9216092795_o An Experiment. The B. tinctoria seeds came from a the old Patuxent Food Habits collection. We have an entire cabinet filled with seeds collected from the teens to the 30's from around the Orphaned now, I am taking pictures so they have at least one final use. Note that the edge of the hickory husk is slightly out of is likely from vibration from the unstable way I angled the camera, something to work on. Hope to use small natural containers like acorn caps to hold the Baptisia tinctoria, Pennsylvania ZS PMax
