An old-fashioned family-run shop display cabinet in a time warp shop, specializing in mixing artist powdered pigments, resins and acids, some used by some Italian Renaissance Florentine artists. The shop’s owner is Dr. Alessandro Bizzarri of Bizzarri on Via della Condotta, a narrow medieval cobbled stone street in Florence in the Tuscany region of Italy. Dr. Alessandro Bizzarri mixes and blends a raw colour pigment into oil/water paint to the customer’s colour requirement by using his old family traditional bottles and glass tubes. In Florence, artists use pigments and resins for painting, as well as solvents and chemical products for art and restoration.
