Picture dated February 24th shows the choir from Ely Cathedral in Cambridgeshire practising for tomorrowÕs pancake race on Shrove Tuesday. The rainy weather didnÕt stop choristers at Ely Cathedral in Cambridgeshire from practising for their annual pancake race this morning (Mon). The boys and girls, who were wearing their red and white cassocks, held umbrellas as they flipped pancakes outside the impressive 12th century Cathedral. The youngsters laughed and giggled as they rehearsed for tomorrowÕs traditional event and got to grips with their pancake tossing skills despite the wind and rain.
