Whitehall, London, UK. 11th November 2018. The 11th hour of the 11th Day. Thousands gather at the Cenotaph to commemorate the 100th Centenary of the ending of World War One . Veterans and serving military personal taking part in the march past were joined by 10,000 members of the public chosen by ballot to remember their own relatives who lost their lives during the conflict. Her majesty the Queen led those gathered in a 2 minute silence followed by the laying of wreaths by members of the Royal family and other dignitaries from the UK and across the World.
