By doingthings for themselves they get better lessons in leadership, and really get more goodfrom their own talks than from those of experienced speakers because each girl mustdo her own thinking, and it goes without argument that when we put time and efforton a thing we usually remember it longer than when it is given to us by some one whohas already thought it out.
